Shopify form to email

Use FormDoc for enquiry, wholesale or contact forms on a Shopify store with a Custom Liquid section.

In your Shopify admin, open Online Store, then Themes. To be safe, duplicate your theme and click Customize on the copy.
On the page you want, add a section (or block) called Custom Liquid.
Paste the form and replace YOUR_ACCESS_KEY with your key from app.formdoc.dev/new:

Save, preview, publish the theme and send yourself a test.

Not every theme offers Custom Liquid. If yours doesn’t, ask your theme developer to add a section that holds this HTML.
