Ghost form to email

In Ghost, add the form to a post or page with an HTML card.

In the editor, click + (or type /html) and choose HTML.
Paste the form and replace YOUR_ACCESS_KEY with your key from app.formdoc.dev/new:

Publish and send yourself a test.

To show the same form on every page, add it to your theme’s template instead.
