Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vage Digital Ventures, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“FormDoc”, “we”). By creating a form or an account you accept them. If you use FormDoc for an organisation, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
The service
FormDoc receives submissions from forms on your websites, filters spam, stores them encrypted and delivers them to you by email and to the integrations you connect. Plans, limits and prices are on the pricing page.
Your responsibilities
- Give a working email address you control, and keep your account and API tokens secure.
- Tell the people who fill in your forms how you use their data (for example in your own privacy policy), and have a lawful basis to collect it.
- Don’t collect card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers or health data through FormDoc forms.
- Follow the acceptable use rules below.
Acceptable use
You must not use FormDoc for: phishing or collecting credentials; spam or unsolicited bulk email; malware; illegal content; harassment; collecting children’s data without parental consent; or trying to get around limits, rate limits or security. We may pause or suspend forms that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it.
Fair use and limits
Each plan has a monthly submission limit. We email you at 80% and 100%, accept 10% extra, then pause new submissions until the next month. Abuse protections such as rate limits apply on every plan.
Paid plans
When paid plans open: subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period; after a failed payment there is a 7-day grace period, then the workspace moves to Free. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires a refund.
Your data
You own the content of your forms and submissions. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and data processing agreement. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FormDoc available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; we’ll give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what your plan includes.
Disclaimers and liability
FormDoc is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to: nothing for the Free plan, which is provided without charge; ₹999 (or the US dollar equivalent) for monthly paid plans; and ₹4,999 (or the US dollar equivalent) for yearly paid plans.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using FormDoc and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
