2.  Replace `YOUR_ACCESS_KEY` with it and paste the form into your page.
3.  Rename or remove fields freely: each field’s `name` becomes its label in your email.

## Questions about this template

### Can applicants upload a CV?

Not yet: file uploads aren’t available. That’s why this template asks for a LinkedIn or portfolio link instead.

### Can applications go to a different email address from my other forms?

Yes. Each form has its own recipient. Use your hiring address when you get the access key for this form.
