Questions about this template
Can I add a phone number or company field?
Yes. Add another input with a name, for example <input type="tel" name="phone">. Every field that has a name is sent, and its name becomes the label in your email.
Where do the messages go?
To the email address you confirmed when you got your access key. Replying to the notification email replies straight to the visitor, because FormDoc sets the reply address to the email they entered.
