# Shopify form to email

> Add a FormDoc form to a Shopify store with a Custom Liquid section in the theme editor. Enquiries are emailed to you.

Use FormDoc for enquiry, wholesale or contact forms on a Shopify store with a **Custom Liquid** section.

1.  In your Shopify admin, open **Online Store**, then **Themes**. To be safe, duplicate your theme and click **Customize** on the copy.
2.  On the page you want, add a section (or block) called **Custom Liquid**.
3.  Paste the form and replace `YOUR_ACCESS_KEY` with your key from [app.formdoc.dev/new](https://app.formdoc.dev/new):

4.  Save, preview, publish the theme and send yourself a test.

Not every theme offers Custom Liquid. If yours doesn’t, ask your theme developer to add a section that holds this HTML.
