# Ghost form to email

> Add a FormDoc form to a Ghost post or page with an HTML card. Submissions are emailed to you, with spam protection.

In Ghost, add the form to a post or page with an **HTML** card.

1.  In the editor, click **+** (or type `/html`) and choose **HTML**.
2.  Paste the form and replace `YOUR_ACCESS_KEY` with your key from [app.formdoc.dev/new](https://app.formdoc.dev/new):

3.  Publish and send yourself a test.

To show the same form on every page, add it to your theme’s template instead.
