# Carrd form to email

> Add a FormDoc form to a Carrd site with an Embed element. Needs a Carrd plan that allows custom code (Pro Standard or higher).

In Carrd, add the form as custom code with an **Embed** element.

**Plan:** Carrd’s custom code embeds need Pro Standard or higher.

1.  Add an **Embed** element and set its type to **Code**.
2.  Paste the form and replace `YOUR_ACCESS_KEY` with your key from [app.formdoc.dev/new](https://app.formdoc.dev/new):
